No drama's today! Although, Catherine now has a cold. We headed for our adventure to Laguna Beach (one of my favorites!) for some kite-flying. Unfortunately, there was little wind and we ended up going to the beach. Not really prepared for beach wear, (we were, afterall, just going to fly kites), the kids donned their clothes and went in with just panties.
After a couple of hours, the adults were famished and so we dined at The Greeters Corner. It was Yum-O and the kids fell asleep while we dined. We then headed back to the car as it's pretty hard to go shopping with dead weight on you. None opened their eyes until we got into the car. Oh well. Got some drinks at Coffee Bean & Tea (another of my favorites) and headed back home. After playing in the back yard surrounded by "magic lites" (hanging tea lites), we ate, showered and put the kiddies to bed. Gotta get ready for Legoland tomorrow. Once again, another fine, memorable day........
